SHOPPING CART     Credit card and PayPal orders may be placed using our SSL secure shopping cart system. The cart is accessed from the individual supplies pages or the shopping cart icon. Go to Bisque Products, Oil Candles & Lamps, Gift Shop, Burners & Warmers, Fragrance Oils, Candles & Smelts or Water Polymer Crystals to start shopping. Shipping charges are not calculated by the shopping cart. Actual shipping charges will be applied after the order is packed and weighed.

MINIMUM ORDER     There is no minimum order.

MAIL     Orders may be mailed to The Artistic Shop, LLC, 1092 Riverway Court, Pewaukee, WI 53072. We have provided a printable order form for your convenience. Please be sure to include payment information, phone number, and e-mail address where confirmation should be sent.

FAX     Orders may be faxed to us at 262-695-1178.  We have provided a printable order form for your convenience. Please be sure to include payment information, phone number, and e-mail address or fax number where confirmation should be sent.

NOTIFICATION   A copy of the final invoice, indicating total charges and any backordered items, will be sent with order, when shipped. For FedEx and UPS deliveries, notification of the shipping date, delivery address, and tracking number will be sent via e-mail.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE     All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We do not ship COD. Payment in US funds may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, cashier’s check, money order, or personal check. If paying by personal check, order will be shipped after payment is received and has cleared the bank (usually 10 business days). Returned checks will be subject to applicable bank fees.

Due to the variety of industries served with our products, they are sold without warranty of any kind. Purchasers will, by their own evaluation and testing, determine suitability of these products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by The Artistic Shop. In no event will we be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising of or in connection with the use and/or suitability of products.

SHIPPING     Please allow 1 to 6 business days for transit. For faster delivery, orders may be shipped Next Day Air or 2nd Day via FedEx, or Priority Mail via USPS. These options will not decrease the order processing time, but offer expedited delivery once the order has left our studio.

Payment must be made in full prior to shipping.

SHIPPING DAMAGES     Claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days. The carrier is responsible for merchandise while in transit. Notify us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your claims.

ORDER PROCESSING     For Unpainted bisque, please anticipate 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, subject to stock in inventory, since most of all are bisque is made to order. Unless specifically noted in item description, supplies orders, fragrance oils and polymer crystals are normally processed in 2 to 3 business days with items temporarily out of stock placed on backorder and shipped as soon as they are available, unless otherwise requested. Credit card orders will not be charged for backordered items until ready to ship. Backorders over 30 days will be cancelled. 

RETURNS/BISQUE and CANDLE/LAMP PRODUCTS     Unused bisque, candle, burner and lamp merchandise may be returned within 20 days of shipment, subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must obtain an RMA# from sales@theartisticshop.com prior to sending any item back. We will not accept items that have been damaged or altered in any way. If items are returned because of defect or error on our part, the items will be replaced or credited without incurring the restocking fee. All unused bisque and candle merchandise returns are for exchange or store credit only. Any refund, if applicable, will be issued in the same form as original payment.

RETURNS/FRAGRANCE OILS, SCENTED PRODUCTS, SMELTS & POLYMER CRYSTALS     Once a package has been received we can no longer vouch for the contents. Therefore, we do not accept returns for fragrance oil, scented products, smelts and polymer crystals.

PRICE CHANGES     All prices are subject to change without notice due to cost fluctuations beyond our control. Adjustments will be posted to our website as quickly as possible. All prices exclude shipping, handling and sales taxes for Wisconsin residents.
